November brings Canelli's biggest fair day. The Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo puts the region's celebrated truffle centre-stage, while the traditional Fiera di San Martino fills the streets with a market of more than a hundred stalls — food, produce and local goods.
A classic Piedmontese autumn fair, and a good excuse to pair truffle with a glass of local wine in the village.
