Tasting at the Enoteca Regionale di Nizza (Palazzo Crova)
The regional enoteca in the 18th-century Palazzo Crova is the reference point for Barbera d'Asti DOCG and Nizza DOCG — a cellar of over 600 local labels with six wines open to taste each week. The palazzo also houses the 'Palazzo del Gusto', a technical tasting room for private tastings, and the Osteria-Vineria La Signora in Rosso in the cellars. Via Crova 2.
