Cantine Adelaide is a family-run winery in Calamandrana, set in a historic farmhouse dating to 1866 in the UNESCO-listed hills of Monferrato. The estate produces classic Piedmontese wines — Barbera d'Asti and Dolcetto alongside Nebbiolo-based reds and Moscato — and welcomes visitors for guided tours of its historic underground cellars followed by tastings paired with local food. Visits can be booked in advance and are hosted in Italian and English; bottles can be bought directly on site.
