Cascina Collina is a small vineyard estate and agriturismo in Nizza Monferrato run by Hilde and Stein, a Norwegian couple who settled in Piedmont and make their wine in an on-site cellar built in 2016. From around two hectares split between the Squarza and Villalta crus they produce Nizza DOCG, a Barbera d'Asti, a Chardonnay and a rosato.
Guests can taste at the estate's tasting house and stay in rental apartments, with an emphasis on personal service.
